Had four tyres fitted here. Made myself known at the reception, was dealt with both efficiently and friendly and free drinks were on offer as well as a TV to watch whilst I waited. 1 hour later I was leaving with no issues whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate from using Stoneacre in the future.Matt 10-12-2016
What a terrible experience... whilst booking an appointment was easy enough (and me purposely waiting a few days, so I could get the first 08:30 appointment of the day), taking nearly 2 hours to fit two tyres was most definitely not!! I was then 'told' it was because the wheel was seized on - I'm sorry, but even if it was, it still wouldn't have taken this long to fit. The final cherry on the top, they charged me £12 per wheel to fit, rather than the advertised £11 Stoneacre, think i'll be getting any work done elsewhere next time!To review the Stoneacre Wigan Motor Group , you first have to log-in.
