Minehead Motors did an excellent job fitting my new tyres taking a lot of care. Unfortunately I can't say the same about Tyreleader. Tyreleader confirmed my order and took my money very efficiently, but that is where it ended, as I didn't hear from them again. There was no notification that my tyres had been delivered, so after 4 days I rang Minehead Motors to see if they had received my tyres, which they had, but they were unable to contact me because although the delivery note had my name, Tyreleader had put Minehead Motor's own telephone number as the number to contact. Minehead Motors had no idea why these tyres had been delivered until I rang, furthermore they had never heard of Tyreleader until I arrived as the delivery note was from a third party company so they just had to take my word that these tyres were for me.
